The hotel location was perfect for my needs, with easy access to nearby attractions. The staff was friendly and always willing to help, providing prompt service throughout my stay. The room was clean and comfortable, with ample space for my belongings. the restaurant had a great variety of dishes to choose from and the food was delicious.
One thing that could be improved is the lack of amenities in the room, such as a refrigerator and shower gel. Another downside was the limited availability of food during lunchtime.

Had an awesome Easter vacation in the city. Loved the clean and friendly staff and the prompt restaurant service. the location was super convenient and close to many popular tourist spots. the food was very tasty, especially loved the variety during the Easter brunch.
The car arrangements were not up to the mark. I had requested for one specific time, but it was not provided on time.

I recently stayed at this luxurious 4-star hotel and I must say, I was impressed! The staff were very cordial and ready to help with any request I had. The room was spacious and clean, with all amenities placed perfectly. The bed was incredibly comfortable, providing a great night's sleep. The best part was the breakfast timing, which was offered until 11 am, giving me plenty of time to enjoy a delicious meal. The hotel's location was also very convenient as it was near the MIOT hospital, making it accessible for those needing medical facilities. The hotel staff were always prompt in their service, making my stay even more comfortable. The overall hospitality and the service I received from the staff were exceptional.
I would recommend this hotel to everyone.

The staff were friendly and attentive, providing excellent service. Mr. Satheesh stood out for his helpfulness and politeness, going above and beyond to provide useful information. The room was spacious, exceeding expectations for a budget hotel. Service was good and they even offered medicine when they noticed I was unwell upon arrival.
Not obvious to find.
